So according to a fellow fan, this will be on October 4, 9:30am (Tokyo time).

Hakuouki Hekketsuroku would run for 10+2 episodes. No info on what the "+2" exactly means.
This is given by TOKYO MX TV station, according to the fans that called the TV stations to confirm the air date.
